Right of withdrawal
Who has this right
If you are a consumer living in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a right of withdrawal when you take out a paid vambel subscription. This follows from the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and, in the UK, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). The right applies to the first paid subscription contract, counted from the day you complete checkout; it does not restart with each monthly renewal. The free trial costs nothing, so there is nothing to withdraw from: you can simply stop using it.
Business customers do not have this right. You can always cancel your subscription with the plan button at the top right of the studio (Account and subscription), see the Terms of Service.
Immediate start at checkout
At checkout you expressly ask us to start the service immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that:
- if you withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for the service provided until you told us you were withdrawing;
- you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed;
- to the extent the contract concerns digital content supplied immediately, you lose your right of withdrawal once supply has begun.
We confirm this request and acknowledgement in the e-mail that confirms your subscription.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Qraft Holding B.V., Beeldhouwersdijk 43, 3541 AP Utrecht, Nederland, hello@vambel.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
You can also withdraw online: in the studio, with the plan button at the top right (Account and subscription), the button Withdraw is there while the period runs. You confirm once; the subscription stops at once and we confirm receipt by e-mail.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
In practice
If you withdraw within 14 days of your first paid checkout, we refund the USD 19.95 minus a proportionate amount for the days you had the paid service. Your workspace then returns to the state it has without a subscription: readable and downloadable, without new generation or rendering. Costs charged directly by AI providers you connected with your own keys are not paid to us, so we cannot refund them.
